Veolia Water East and Veolia Water Southeast continue to donate to a charitable trust together with Veolia Water Central (formerly Three Valleys Water). On 1 April 2010 the Three Valleys Water Trust was renamed to the Veolia Water Trust.

The Trust operates a six month provisional award scheme (see above). However the Trust will continue to offer additional help via Further Assistance Payments to clear other household debts and for the purchase of essential household items.
